I want to write a project in Visual Studio (Vb.net) with MS Access for the database. it should be a desktop application. It should be manage by the Registrar and the Finance office. It should handle the student information and the fees payment. however, the transcript of student can be access through the system, cause it has information on the course and grades which should be input by the administrator. Fees details and payment would be manage by Finance. It should have login to enter into the main menu.
