ABSRACT:
The present system is application software specifically prepare concentrating on college application. Exams are common for students but for teachers it will quite tough. Here we make student as teachers and teachers as students.
In this software we evaluate the teachers as per their performances. Actually, the feedback of teachers is usually used in technical colleges but it is manual and time consuming process. In present system we replace the current manual system by online feedback system. We get the result in a minute and it is reliable one.
The result of system useful for college authority to see proper performance of teachers and help teachers to improve their performance.
For implementation we use Java as front end and Microsoft Access as back end.
While their effort focused on exploring the technical and administrative problems associated with going on-line, this research aims at the implementation of such on-line systems for both summative and formative teaching evaluation purposes in local system.
The main objectives of this research are as follows:
1. Development and implementation of a Centralised On-line System for Student Evaluation of Teaching ( COSSET ) to support end-of-semester teaching evaluation.
2. Development and implementation of an On-line System for Teaching Evaluation for Instructors ( OSTEI ) to support formative evaluation of teaching.
• the reasons for going on-line to collect teaching evaluation data from students,
• the design of COSSET,
• the design of the March trial,
• problems encountered in the trial,

Suppose Alice owns a k-anonymous database and needs to determine whether her database, when inserted with a tuple owned by Bob, is still k-anonymous. Also, suppose that access to the database is strictly controlled, because for example data are used for certain experiments that need to be maintained confidential. Clearly, allowing Alice to directly read the contents of the tuple breaks the privacy of Bob (e.g., a patient’s medical record); on the other hand, the confidentiality of the database managed by Alice is violated once Bob has access to the contents of the database. Thus, the problem is to check whether the database inserted with the tuple is still k-anonymous, without letting Alice and Bob know the contents of the tuple and the database respectively. In this paper, we propose two protocols solving this problem on suppression-based and generalization-based k-anonymous and confidential databases. The protocols rely on well-known cryptographic assumptions, and we provide theoretical analyses to proof their soundness and experimental results to illustrate their efficiency.

Disadvantage:
1. The database with the tuple data does not be maintained confidentially.
2. The existing systems another person to easily access database.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
In the current paper, we present two efficient protocols, one of which also supports the private update of a generalization-based anonymous database. We also provide security proofs and experimental results for both protocols. So far no experimental results had been reported concerning such type of protocols; our results show that both protocols perform very efficiently.
Advantage:
1. The anonymity of DB is not affected by inserting the records.
2. We provide security proofs and experimental results for both protocols.
Easydocs is a new concept for online documentation and verification for students. This is a website for student addition process and verification of documents. This website can be access through any connection at any place.
Student will first of all have to register and submit their documents. In case of modification of documents the students will receive password through E-mail or SMS.

This paper deals with the access control problem. We assume that valuable resources need to be protected against unauthorized users and that, to this aim, a password-based access control scheme is employed. Such an abstract scenario captures many applicative settings. The issue we focus our attention on is the following: password-based schemes provide a certain level of security as long as users choose good passwords, i.e., passwords that are hard to guess in a reasonable amount of time. In order to force the users to make good choices, a proactive password checker can be implemented as a submodule of the access control scheme. Such a checker, any time the user chooses/changes his own password, decides on the fly whether to accept or refuse the new password, depending on its guessability. Hence, the question is: how can we get an effective and efficient proactive password checker? By means of neural networks and statistical techniques, we answer the above question, developing suitable proactive password checkers. Through a series of experiments, we show that these checkers have very good performance: error rates are comparable to those of the best existing checkers, implemented on different principles and by using other methodologies, and the memory requirements are better in several cases. It is the first time that neural network technology has been fully and successfully applied to designing proactive password checkers
