Introduction of integrated construction management system from the construction management system will improve the overall efficiency of the construction site.
With this system I believe all the related departments are able to be synchronized together in which any person in the construction firm is able to have look on what goes in what department thus t first-hand information is highly appreciated.
Contractors will be able to access their competition in their field, foreman and procurement department are able weigh on cost of raw materials given the priorities by the system to view different companies that offer the same kind of services.

I. To procure items that are cost friendly

III. To inform workers what kind events revolves around construction firm
