im choosed a title "STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM" for enginneering college.
i want this project in asp.net

ADMIN:
in admin
*1. create calendar with events.
2.add schedule for calendar( calendar will be displayed in all modules after login when click the date it show events, admin is only responsible to edit , add, delete events in calendar)
3. notice board two buttons
*whole college notice board
*department wise notice board(UG(B.TECH-IT,B.E-CSE,ECE,EEE,MECH,CIVIL)P.G(M.TECH-IT,MCA,MBA,M.E-MANUFACTURAL ENGG,EMBEDDED SYS TECHNOLOGIES,COMPUTER NETWORKING,CSE)
*GENERATE LOGIN id for all other modules
Eg(for student studying in b.tech iT the login will be (2014IT01)where 2014 is course started year of student, it is department,01 is roll number of student according to admission)
*password change option for login will provided through staff by pass word reset option by viewing student profile through staffs or hod
*all other pass word change option will be made through admin.
PRINCIPAL:

HOD:
Display hod profile
1`.calendar with events viewing

5.time table, subject,staff allocation

STAFF:

3. view student info
4.Create new student profile(after created each profile login id and password will be given to each student individually)
5.edit/delete student profile
6.timetable for handling subjects
7.student assessment update(mid term1,2,model exam marks including lab)
8.attendance updation
9.college events
10.register complaint for students
STUDENT : all the data can be only viewed
1.calendar with events viewing
2. noticeboard for studying dept
3. academic performance(internal and semester exams)
4`attendance
5.internal college exam schedule(mid term1,2,model exam marks including lab) & anna university semester exam schedule(it will be created by exam cell module reflected also in calendar)
6.enquiry or doubts
7.feedback(it can be viewed by hod)

EXAM CELL:
1.EXAM scheduling for internal exams(mid term1,2,model exam marks including lab)
2.upload semester exam time table provided by anna university
3.seating arrangement for both internal and semester exams.
4.exams attendance updation for both internal and semester exams.
5. result analysis for both internal and semester exams.
6.report generation.(the generated report of each students will be printed and send to parents of each student through postal.
TRANSPORT:
1.calenar
2.list of buses with their routes.
3.view student travel details through user id if student is enrolled in college bus during profile creation through staff
4.View how many students coming on particular day(based on anna university semester exams schedule) on different routes.
MESS:
1.Calendar with events
2.view list of regular students coming for lunch who have enrolled during profile creation through staff
(U.G 1st & 2nd year students,P.G 1st and 2nd year students are only eligible for regular students lunch.
3. View how many students coming for lunch on particular day (based on anna university semester exams schedule)/it helps for food preparation for mess management/
4.view hostel students attendance
HOSTEL
1.update attendance for hostel students( reflected in mess module immediately after submit.)
